The Connection – Go Change the World This past Sunday, we wrapped up our Love U series by talking about the second greatest command in the Bible: the command to love others. At one point in the service, we asked everyone to write down one specific way that they would love others this week. I read through the responses of our people this morning and I was blown away! Here’s just a sample of what the people of ACC committed to do this week.
And that’s just a tiny sample of the responses. If we all follow through on our commitments this week, this community will feel the love of Christ coming from every possible direction. I meant what I said Sunday…if every Christian would commit to loving others as Jesus does, it would change the world. Remember the commitment you made Sunday. Go and make it happen. Go and do something to change the world. In His Love, Mike Q&A Series There have been times when it seemed like the church was very good at answering questions that nobody is asking. ACC is not that kind of church. We want people to encounter God in a powerful and understandable way in their lives. That's why we're offering a four-week teaching series where you set the agenda. Beginning on March 15, our senior minister, Mike Edmisten, will answer questions that you have asked. All questions will be kept anonymous. You can submit questions online or by filling out a questionnaire at church. Don't miss this series! After all, you asked for it! Submit your question to Mike, now. CONNECT COFFEEHOUSE  Connect Coffeehouse returns Sunday, March 1 from 6:00-9:00 pm. Don't miss this time of relaxation and conversation with others from the ACC community. This event is designed to deepen relationships and get to know people you may not know. The best part is that all of the coffee and desserts are absolutely free, and there's absolutely no age limit. Whether you're 6 or 96, there is something for each and every person to enjoy at this fun informal event -- even if you don't drink coffee. Come and play a game or discuss the topic of the night.
