Worship Weekend
I’m so excited about the opportunity that we have this weekend. It’s an opportunity to focus all our efforts and attention on worship. Worship is such a key component of our lives at Christ-followers, and yet we have such a small view of it. We have often relegated worship to just singing a few songs on a Sunday morning. Worship is so much broader than that, as we will see this weekend. Jason Miller, who is the worship pastor for Harmony Church in Lakeville, MN, will be coming to lead us into a deeper view and understanding of worship.
Here is our schedule for this weekend.
Saturday
9:00 am – Celebration
9:45 am – Session #1 begins
10:45 am – Break
11:00 am – Session #2 begins
11:45 am – Break
12:00 pm – Lunch (provided free of charge)
1:00 pm – Q&A session
2:00 pm – Break Until Evening
6:00 pm – APEX with Jason Miller speaking
7:00 pm – Fellowship Time (food provided)
Sunday
9:30 am – Bible Classes
10:30 am – Worship Service with Jason Miller preaching
Please keep in mind that this is a church wide event! It is not just for worship ministry members. All believers are commanded to worship, so this event is designed to help us all go deeper in worship every day of lives.

QUEST - March 28th
What is love? Is it an action? a feeling? a commitment? Maybe all of the above and more? You can find out what love is all about as we experience the most powerful series at Quest to date. This series will be entitled "Tough Love" and will feature a showing of the "Passion of the Christ" on April 4th at 7:00pm which will be open to the entire congregation.
SPAM - March 25th
NOOMA - We will continue our nooma series where we left off as we explore tough concepts about God in simple ways.
CIY SUMMER CONFERENCE 2007 - "ONES" - July 23rd - 28th
We will be journeying to Carbondale, IL this JULY for CIY Summer Conference. If that is an event your high-schooler would like to participate in, see Brian to get their name on an early sign-up sheet. Spaces are limited, so sign-up A.S.A.P.

Upcoming Events
WORSHIP WEEKEND - March 24th - 25th
THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE ENTIRE CONGREGATION. IT IS NOT JUST FOR WORSHIP MINISTRY MEMBERS! This weekend will begin at 9AM this Saturday, March 24th, and will feature an acoustic worship set to begin the day. Then, there will be two sessions on understanding worship followed by a luncheon. In the afternoon, at 1:00 we will host a Q & A session in which we may ask any question about worship and how God has designed us to serve him. Also, as part of this weekend celebrating our worship for God, the APRIL APEX will move to a special date that evening, March 24th, at 6:00PM. APEX will feature an evening of dynamic worship as Jason presents a message from his heart about personal worship with us. Excitement is running high, so please mark your calendars invite your friends and neighbors and prepare your hearts to worship with the family of God!
BUILDING & GROUNDS MEETING - Monday, March 26th
If you are interested in being a part of the Building & Grounds Ministry or would like to assist with small projects around the church, please join us for a Buidling & Grounds meeting at 6:00 pm Monday night.
CHURCH WIDE COOKOUT & EASTER EGG HUNT - Sunday, April 1st
Everyone is invited to a church wide cookout and Easter egg hunt Sunday, April 1st after church. If you would like to donate money to help with the cost of the candy for the egg hunt, please see Julie Bach.
CCU LADIES DAY - Saturday, April 21st
CCU's Ladies Day, Planted to Grow, is Saturday, April 21st from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. The cost is $35.00 and includes breakfast and lunch. Please see Evelyn Troutman by March 29th if you are planning to go. For more information, go to www.ccuniversity.edu/womensconf.
TWO EASTER SERVICES
There will be two worship services on Easter Sunday. They will be at 8:30 am and 10:30 am. There will not be any Bible classes.
