Small Groups Update
April 27, 2011

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Spring Semester of ACC's Small Groups. Our prayer is that you were encouraged and challenged to grow in your faith with God and your relationships with others. Our next round of Small Groups will begin in September with sign-ups starting on July 31. We will have six groups for you to choose from on various days and times. More information will be coming your way shortly

Two Services for Easter Sunday
April 18, 2011

Easter is this Sunday, April 24. And we are praying and preparing for a HUGE move of God on that day! We will have two identical worship services at 9:00 & 11:00 am. We'll offer the same excellent children's ministry programming during both hours. There will be no Bible classes at 10:00 am. Easter Sunday will be the culmination of our powerful seven-week series called Death By Love.

We're asking as many of you as possible to come at 9:00 am. First-time guests are more likely to come at 11:00 am, so we're asking you to serve them by giving them your parking spot and your seat.

Huge Thanks to Our Volunteers
April 15, 2011

We need to say a big thanks to the many, many volunteers who have helped spruce up our foyer and do all the spring cleaning inside our building over the last couple of weeks. It is looking awesome, and we are blown away by the number of you who gave up your evenings to serve ACC.

Thank You!

Details for Amos Robbins' Services
April 12, 2011

Visitation for Amos Robbins will be 6-8PM Thursday, April 14, at Moore Funeral Home in Batavia. The funeral will be at noon on Friday, also at Moore Funeral Home.

Longtime Amelia Church of Christ member Amos Robbins died at the age of 88. Amos, a former ACC elder, deacon and trustee, had been suffering with heart trouble and returned to Clermont Mercy Hospital for the second time in recent weeks. He died around midnight April 10.

Please continue to lift up Jerri and family in your prayers. After 64 years of marriage, she's lost her life partner. Amos will be missed. We can only take comfort in knowing he is home with the Lord.
