A couple dozen ACC junior and senior-high students will be heading out to help some of our seniors with yard work and odd jobs this Sunday as part of their Small Group service project. The teens will meet at the church at 4:00PM and will return for parent pickup at 6:30PM.

Our junior and senior high students will be hanging out around a couple of bonfires Sunday night, Oct. 16th. All the 9th-12th graders are heading to the Edmistens while the 6th-8th graders are going to the Tavners. Drop-off time is at 6:00PM, and pickup is at 7:30PM.

Some members of our church are headed to a fundraiser dinner for the Pregnancy Center of Clermont on Tuesday, Oct. 25th at the Eastgate Holiday Inn.
The dinner is free.

One of our missions, Woodland Lakes Christian Camp, is sponsoring an 8K trail run and 5K walk on Sunday, Nov. 6th. Prizes are awarded to the top 20 women and top 20 men runners. After the race, enjoy a campfire with soup and s'mores for all participants.

Draw a big red circle around June 10-15 on your 2012 calendar as that's the week ACC will host its free Sports Camp at Batavia Township Park. And whether you are a volunteer or a participant, you don't want to miss it.
This will be the fourth year for our mega-outreach into the community that this year saw 276 kids register for one of five sports -- basketball, cheerleading, backyard games, martial arts and soccer.
Keep an eye on AmeliaSportsCamp.com for registrations and details starting May 1, 2012.
