Hey Church: What Do You Believe? |

Many Christians avoid the subject of “church doctrine” with a multitude of excuses, but the importance of what we believe, what we stand for, and who we identify with are all answered by the doctrine we profess. Simply stated, doctrine is a “system of beliefs”, or “instructions” related to our belief in God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the infallible and unerring Word of God. There are only two purposes for learning doctrine: to make and grow Christians and to learn how to be a more mature Christian. As we grow and mature in Christ, we become the “salt and light” in this unsavory and dark world and we can boldly proclaim the hope and the promise for better things to come. Messages
