This Sunday, Nov. 13, ACC will be voting on the amended bylaws (now called Code of Regulations) that were first presented and distributed on Oct. 30.
The elders would like to thank those people who made known their questions, concerns and requests for clarification with regard to the document and would like to share the changes that resulted from those discussions.
The revised Code of Regulations will be available in print on Sunday, but in the interest of giving members more time to read and process these changes, we have presented them here for you to download.
Sections that include changes from the document distributed Oct. 30 appear highlighted in yellow.

As we have said, we want to be sure our Code of Regulations is completely in step with scripture. Also, as we consider such big changes as a possible relocation, we want to be absolutely certain that ACC is on completely legal footing as a nonprofit corporation in Ohio.
